Vanessa lives in Feltham with her husband Richard and four children. The family has had a tough time over the last few years, with Richard suffering a stroke and their youngest daughter Natalie being born with cerebral palsy. Vanessa's friend Tina, her daughters Emma and Charlotte and her sister Sharon have organised this huge surprise, hoping that the home transformation will lift the family's spirits.
