Please Note. The Ayers and Graces offices will be closed between 21st August - 6th September 2010. All online orders will still be processed during this time and all deliveries will take place within a maximum of 28 days from the time of your order being received. Emails and messages will also be responded to upon our return. 

Colours, Styles and Shades

All images used on the website are Ayers and Graces Ltd marketing  photos, they are for visual purposes only.

It is virtually impossible to 100% accurately portray the colours of our mirrors and frames in a picture. Factors such as your monitor settings or a particular lighting used when taking marketing photographs can effect shading. Due to each mirror being lovingly hand finished, colours may vary slightly. Therefore we cannot accept colour or shade differences as a fault. If you are seeking a particular colour or colour match we suggest that you call our office on 01582 536760 to discuss the variations available

If you receive your mirror/frame and decide the colour is not suitable then please contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange for the mirror/frame to be collected and the general returns policy to be enforced.

Ayers and Graces are unable to guarantee any of our products to be an exact match with items purchased from other suppliers and or wall coverings/colours. All items purchased and returned due to not matching will be subject to our standard returns policy.

Most of our mirrors / frames are of an aged or antique style, therefore odd cracks and blemishes may be apparent on the frames. This is not to be considered a fault.

The images and text of this website are owned by Ayers and Graces Ltd and protected, please ensure that you have obtained written consent from Ayers and Graces Ltd prior to using ANY images or text.

Description of products

Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. At Ayers and Graces we take every reasonable care to ensure that all the details, descriptions and prices of our mirrors appearing on the website are correct at the time the information was entered. Although we try to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information, including product descriptions, appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.

Please be aware that colours/design detail may vary and whilst every care is taken to acurately describe the mirrors/frames Ayers and Graces do not accept liability for shade,colour and detail differing from any pictures shown. Ayers and Graces must also point out that as the variations in certain colours/shades are so large it is impossible for us to offer a colour match service.

Orders

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Ayers and Graces will take place at the time of the products being ordered by you, unless we notify you that we do not accept your order.

When ordering the customer does freely agree to the terms and conditions set out by Ayers and Graces Ltd.

Non acceptance of an order may be the result of the following :

  1. The product you ordered may not be in stock
  2. Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
  3. The identification of a pricing or product description error
  4. You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the terms and conditions

If there are any problems with your order we at Ayers and Graces will contact you immediately

Ayers and Graces reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Ayers and Graces website.

Customers choosing to cancel an order will be subject to a £10 administration charge per order.

Please be aware, on agreeing to purchase via Ayers and Graces you are agreeing to the terms and conditions clearly laid out here. The terms and conditions are final.

Refusal of transaction

Ayers and Graces reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove/edit any products or contents on this website. We may refuse to process any transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our :

  1. Withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold
  2. Removing or editing any materials or content on the website
  3. Refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after the processing has begun

To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this website under English law you must:

  1. Register by providing you real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information
  2. Be over 18 years of age
  3. Possess a valid credit/debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us

By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to, your debit/credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the website. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours .
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to or does not for any reason authorise payment to us, we will not liable for any delay or non- delivery.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice or warning.

Faulty Goods

All our mirrors/frames are made to an extremely high standard and thoroughly inspected before despatch. If for any reason you feel that a product is not up to standard then please contact us with the details within 24 hours of receipt. Ayers and Graces will not be held liable for any damage or faults NOT reported within 24hours of receipt of delivery.  We will arrange to collect the faulty mirror/frame free of charge and replace it with a new one as soon as possible. Please endeavour to carefully wrap return goods using the original packaging. Most of our mirrors / frames are of an aged or antique style, therefore cracks and blemishes may be apparent on the frames. Paint finishes may also vary. This is not to be considered a fault.

Please Note. All items purchased from the 'clearance outlet' area of the website (or if stated non-returnable within the 'special offers' page) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Delivery

All deliveries will be arranged and confirmed in advance with the customer.Should a confirmed delivery fail due to no reply at the delivery address, a delay of up to 4 weeks may be incurred before re-delivery is attempted.. 48 hours notice is required to cancel/change a confirmed delivery date.

Mirrors/frames returned to delivery depots due to customers being un available at their property on an arranged delivery date are automaticly the responsiobility of the purchaser. Any damage received in transit will not be the responsibility of Ayers and Graces.

As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. Threrefore, any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery and reported to Ayers and Graces within 24 hours.  We will arrange to collect and replace any damaged mirror / frame free of charge.

We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. Goods will only be delivered to a ground floor level.
From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.

Please ensure that when goods are delivered they are checked before the delivery driver leaves. Any damage must be reported immediately.

All orders will require a signature at the time of delivery to say they have been received.

Damage in Transit

All mirrors/frames must be checked and any transit damage reported within 24hours of receipt.

Ayers and Graces Ltd will NOT accept liability for any damge reported after 24hours of receiving your item.

Customer Collections

Ayers and Graces do facilitate customer collections from our showroom free of charge. However these are by appointment only and if we are not informed there is a risk that we may not have your goods ready for collection. Therefore please call or e-mail ahead of collection to ensure your item is in stock and ready for you to collect. Please also ensure that the vehicle you bring is large enough for your mirror/frame to fit.
All customers are welcome to visit our showroom to browse and purchase items as above we would require a phone call or e-mail to book an appointment.

General Returns

If you wish to return goods to Ayers and Graces, please send back in its original packaging to Ayers and Graces, Rear Warehouse, 29A London Road, Dunstable, Beds. LU6 3DH within 5 days of receipt. Please be aware that there will be a 15% restocking charge and all refunds will be minus the original cost of delivery. (Where the original delivery charge was free, a minimum delivery charge of £10 will be deducted). The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. We reserve the right to withhold refunds for items damaged in return transit. Mirrors or frames not returned with original packaging ready for re-sale will be subject to an additional charge. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense.
Should you wish for Ayers and Graces to collect a mirror for you, then please contact us direct for a quotation.

If you wish to return any goods as you feel they are faulty please inform Ayers and Graces within 24hours of delivery. The general returns procedure will apply until Ayers and Graces have inspected the returned item and deemed it indeed to be faulty.

Discounts

Promotional discounts on the website apply to customers ordering online only. Website discounts will not be vailidated unless the order is made directly through www.ayersandgraces.com
