Delivery

Here at Ayers and Graces we take great pride in ensuring all our orders and deliveries are handled by only the most professional of people and dealt with carefully and efficiently.

We use a tried and tested method of despatch so as to guarantee you receive your mirror in perfect condition.

Every effort is made to make sure that once your order has been placed, and accepted, you receive your mirror within 7 days, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery.  (If you are needing delivery before christmas please call to check delivery timescales).

Below is a current guide to our delivery charges:

All mirrors/frames up to 4ft 2" in size are delivered to you FREE OF CHARGE *  

All mirrors/frames  up to 6ft 6" are delivered at a cost of £50 (Unless otherwise stated)

All mirrors/frames  over 6ft 6" are delivered at a cost of £75  (Unless otherwise stated)

For combined deliveries, the maximum delivery cost is £75 

Items located within the 'Accessories' page of the site are delivered at a cost of £25 (unless otherwise stated)

*A collection charge will be incurred for general returns

 

Customer Collections

You are welcome to collect your purchases from Ayers and Graces to save on the delivery costs. Collections are by appointment only so please call or email ahead of time to ensure your item is in stock and ready for collection. If we are not informed beforehand, there is a risk that we may not have your goods ready for collection.

Please also ensure that the vehicle you are in, is large enough to carry your item.

Delivery costs quoted are for the UK mainland only. Customers north of Glasgow should contact us for a delivery quote prior to purchase.

 

International Shipping

Although Ayers and Graces currently deliver within the UK only, we are now able to recommend a shipping company for all overseas customers. Please email us for further information.
