Diary of an A&G girl – Ideal Home Show Edition
Hey everyone it’s Paris from Ayers and Graces – you may know me as the dark haired one at the Ideal Home Show 2016 or as your friendly social media girl. Well either way, I’m here to chat IHS because these past two weeks have been too good to share. I’m bringing you my favourite images from the show, either my own or yours, the customers – so if you’ve sent us in an image, scroll through as you may have been mentioned (exciting stuff!)
We brought back our famous frame competition – winner to be announced over social media soon, so stay tuned! Here I am doing my obviously best pose. I wish I had been more adventurous like you lot, sigh!
After our last blog post ‘Ones to watch‘ I was seriously keen to get up to the Teapigs stand and try their Match tea. My Verdict? It’s delicious! If you’re a green tea fan like myself, I would highly reccomend popping to the shops and purchasing.
I have to admit, the sun shining down on Olympia did help make the day amazing. Sunshine in the morning is always a great start but I wanted to stay outside – if only I could sell mirrors in the sun (pitching that one to the boss!)
Definitely something to be proud of, Goodhomes magazine named us a company their readers would love – I couldn’t agree more.
My outfit choices were questionable, but I did enjoy wearing gorgeous vintage items to match the style of our products.
It wasn’t just the Ayers and Graces Instagram account that was going crazy with updates – I have to admit I love to keep the account fresh and new. Our facebook page and Twitter had an amazing response from everyone at the show, including some of our customers!
Sent to us via twitter, this lovely lady has got the pout down! We challenge all of you to beat this pose – I’ve already tried and failed miserably.
Sent into our facebook, these two cheeky chaps put a smile on my face, but it wasn’t until the next picture when I really laughed (I may have a six pack now from giggling.. thank you!)
See what I mean? This picture makes my day!
Last but not least, how lovely do these two ladies look in their matching outfits?! Absolutely stunning girls.
So there you have it, some of my personal favourite images from this years Ideal Home Show. If you head over to our Instagram theres even more fabulous moments – I was slightly naughty and put a video of the big boss on there, so make sure too check it our before she deletes. I’ll be posting all week and look forward to seeing your own IHS memories. It truly was a fun one this year, we were surrounded by incredible stands, we made great friends and met some truly amazing customers – we couldn’t thank you all enough. If you couldn’t get down to see us this year, do not worry as all our products are on our website and not only that, we will be at the Ideal Home Show Manchester – so stayed tuned for more details on that.
More from me soon!
Lots of love
