Do all prices shown include vat?
Yes all prices shown include VAT at the current rate

Are the sizes shown on your website external measurements?
Yes, unless stated otherwise the measurements shown are the max external measurements.

If you require a specific size please call us direct in the office on 01582 536760 where we will be happy to assist.

Do you have a showroom ?
You are more than welcome to visit our warehouse. We open by appointment only and would therefore require you to contact us prior to your visit to ensure that somebody will be available to assist you. Please note that we are not open weekends.

Do you supply a catalogue?
As we are constantly updating and changing our stock we do not produce a catalogue. We do however try to keep our website up to date with as many of our products as possible.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary greatly depending on the size of the item that is being ordered. Some of our smaller picture frames can be sent via Royal Mail or with an overnight carrier. Our larger items are privately couriered and will therefore take a little longer. Delivery is almost always within just a few days but within 14 working days for larger items.

Some of our smaller items are available with the option of a ‘timed delivery’ on a day of your choice (for these timed deliveries a small delivery charge will be incurred). If this service is available to the product/s you are ordering the option along with the additional cost will be clearly displayed at checkout.

How do we hang our mirror?
All of our mirrors/frames come with D-Ring brackets provided although the neccassary wall fixings would depend on the make-up of the wall on which the mirror is being hung. Your local DIY store will be more than happy to advise you of which fixings would be required for your wall. With the exception of very small mirrors/frames, you should never hang using string, wire or cord.

What is bevelled glass?
A bevelled mirror has a slightly angeled border of approx 25 – 30mm around the outer edge of a mirror. A bevelled edge enhances the look of the mirror especially when framed.

What payment methods do you offer?
We accept the following major credit/debit cards – VISA Credit, MasterCard Credit, VISA DELTA Debit & UK Maestro cards. We also accept payment by Paypal. Options will be shown at checkout

What if I don’t have a credit card?
If you do not possess a credit/debit card or prefer not to give your details over the internet. Please contact us with your order, either by email (sales@ayersandgraces.com) or by phone. We will send you an invoice to which you can send payment by bank transfer or cheque. Goods will be despatched as soon as payment has cleared.

Can I return a mirror if it’s not to my liking?
We rarely have a product returned here at Ayers and Graces which is mainly due to our  products being of the highest standard, however if you are unhappy with an item, it can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Provided the item is undamaged and in its original condition we will happily refund the cost of the item. Please see our terms and conditions for further info.

What is the largest mirror than I can buy from you?
Our largest mirror measures 8ft 2″ x 6ft 2″.

What happens to my personal details?
We only ask for details that are necessary to carry out your order. Any information stored will only be used to complete the transaction and at no time be passed to a third party.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card when paying for the mirror online?
Shopping at Ayers & Graces is 100% SAFE, SECURE and EASY. This web site uses a secure payment gateway for the collection of your card details. Protx, our payment gateway, has been approved by all major banks to facilitate Internet transactions on our behalf. Similarly Ayers & Graces has been given authority by Lloyds TSB Cardnet to take card payment. All the information you pass at the payment page (including your credit or debit card numbers) are encrypted (check for the little padlock symbol in your brower, either at the bottom of the page in older browsers, or in the address bar in newer browsers) and NEVER stored on this website or ANY website. The information is then taken off the internet and passed to the bank via a private link. The information you pass at the payment page is not held in clear text on any web site involved in this process.

Will I receive a confirmation e-mail once I have ordered?
Yes at Ayers and Graces we like to keep our customers well informed throughout the transaction

Do my details get passed to any third parties?
NO, the only third party to receive any information about you or your order will be our delivery driver for the purpose of delivering direct to you.
