Colours, Styles and Shades
It is virtually impossible to 100% accurately portray the colours of our mirrors and frames in a picture. Factors such as your monitor settings or a particular lighting used when taking marketing photographs can effect shading. Due to each item being lovingly hand finished, colours may vary slightly between batches. Most of our mirrors / frames are of an aged or antique style, therefore odd cracks and blemishes may be apparent on the frames. This is not to be considered a fault.

Description of products
Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. Please ensure that you read the item description prior to purchasing.
Whilst every care is taken to accurately describe our products, please be aware that colours/design detail could vary slightly due to the hand finishing process.
Product sizes are approximate. Should the exact size be important to you, please contact us with the product code. We will then check the exact size for you.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Ayers and Graces will take place at the time of the products being ordered by you, unless we notify you that we do not accept your order.
When ordering the customer does freely agree to the terms and conditions set out by Ayers and Graces Ltd.
Non acceptance of an order may be the result of the following :
- The product you ordered may not be in stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the terms and conditions
If there are any problems with your order we at Ayers and Graces will contact you immediately
Ayers and Graces reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Ayers and Graces website.
Customers North of Glasgow or off of the UK Mainland are required to contact Ayers and Graces before ordering on 01582 536760 to obtain a delivery quotation.
Customers choosing to cancel an order will be subject to a £10 administration charge.
Please be aware, on agreeing to purchase via Ayers and Graces you are agreeing to the terms and conditions clearly laid out here. The terms and conditions are final.
Refusal of transaction
Ayers and Graces reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove/edit any products or contents on this website. We may refuse to process any transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our :
- Withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold
- Removing or editing any materials or content on the website
- Refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after the processing has begun
To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this website under English law you must:
- Register by providing you real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information
- Be over 18 years of age
- Possess a valid credit/debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us
By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to, your debit/credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
All prices are inclusive of VAT and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the website. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours .
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to or does not for any reason authorise payment to us, we will not liable for any delay or non- delivery.

All our mirrors/frames are made to an extremely high standard and thoroughly inspected before despatch. If for any reason you feel that a product is not up to standard then please contact us with the details within 24 hours of receipt. Ayers and Graces will not be held liable for any damage or faults NOT reported within 24hours of receipt of delivery. We will arrange to collect the faulty mirror/frame free of charge and replace it with a new one as soon as possible. Please endeavour to carefully wrap return goods using the original packaging. Most of our mirrors / frames are of an aged or antique style, therefore cracks and blemishes may be apparent on the frames. Paint finishes may also vary. This is not to be considered a fault.
We will not accept any goods as faulty once altered or tampered with in any way.
Please Note. All items purchased from the ‘clearance outlet’ area of the website (or if stated non-returnable within the ‘special offers’ page) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
All deliveries will be arranged and confirmed in advance with the customer. Should a confirmed delivery fail due to no reply at the delivery address, a delay of up to 2-4 weeks may be incurred before re-delivery is attempted. 48 hours notice is required to cancel/change a confirmed delivery date. Failed deliveries that have been pre-arranged by a dedicated two man team with incur a redelivery charge.
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. Therefore, any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery and reported to Ayers and Graces within 24 hours. We will arrange to collect and replace any damaged mirror / frame free of charge.
Goods will be delivered to a ground floor level and will not be left without a signature.
From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.
Damage in Transit
All mirrors/frames must be checked and any transit damage reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Ayers and Graces Ltd will not accept liability for any damage reported after 24 hours of receiving your item.
Ayers and Graces are able to facilitate customer collections from our warehouse free of charge. However collections must be arranged in advance. If we are not informed there is a risk that we may not have your goods ready for collection. Therefore please call or email ahead of collection to ensure your item is in stock and ready for you to collect. Please also ensure that the vehicle you use is large enough for your mirror/frame to fit.
All customers are welcome to visit our warehouse to view items in person but please call ahead so that we can ensure that the relevant products are available to view.
If you wish to return goods to Ayers and Graces, please send back in its original packaging to Ayers and Graces, Unit B Shires Road, Brackley, NN13 7EZ WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT. The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. Mirrors or frames not returned with original packaging ready for resale will be subject to an additional charge. The cost of returning the goods is at the customers own expense. We reserve the right to withhold refunds for items damaged in return transit.

Hanging of mirrors/frames and fixings
Ayers and Graces Ltd do not unfortunately offer a hanging service.
Our products are supplied with brackets fitted to the back ready for hanging. We reccomend that the mirror/frame purchased is hung from theses brackets and off of two seperated points which will distribute the weight evenly. Please never use string, chain, cord or wire for hanging purposes. If in doubt please seek advice from a qualified builder.
