My sincerest apologies for such a hugely delayed thankyou note! I know I called to say thanks after the delivery of my mirror but I had every intention of putting that thanks into writing…I don’t know where the time went!
My second mirror was delivered earlier this year and your customer service was, as ever, exceptional. Not only did you spend time helping me select a mirror that was absolutely perfect for a tricky fireplace setting but, when the unheard of happened and Friday 13th brought me a mirror that was damaged, you were on the case in seconds. Before I had time to blink you had a replacement delivered by the most professional and polite courier I have ever encountered!
Yet again I am the owner of a mirror that absolutely everybody comments on – I only wish more people used my upstairs bathroom so they could see the phenomenal (and enormous!) silver rococo mirror that graces the wall up there! Thanks so very much for everything – I’ll be in contact shortly re: mirror number three!
